We don’t have all the details as of yet but Toyota engineers are working on the next-generation Lexus GS to be able to package the supercar's V-10. The Lexus GS-F apparently hasn't been approved for production yet but is expected to have over 500 horses to propel it to the next level.

Toyota hasn't announced the engine, or even made the supercar official, but Toyota was quoted to be considering either their V-10 or a twin-turbo version of the LS sedan's V-8.
The new V-10 was to be Toyota Formula 1 based engine, but the Formula 1 series now uses only a V-8, and the street engine has been developed with diminished connection to the racing engine.
